Plastic is thick and uniform. Bought an 80 pack and not 1 was deformed. Easy to stack! Will never use anything else but vaulted vinyl!

I had originally made a small complaint about packaging discrepancies (not on the outer part of box, as I first thought, but inside packaging of box (Still gave 4 stars )) It really wasn't a big deal for me. I still would have ordered more products in the future this was far from a "deal breaker" of an issue. Shane immediately contacted me via email and wanted to find out what was the issue. In short it wasn't just that he wanted to get to the bottom of things, he also took into consideration my suggestion that I had made about "free shipping." If a customer spends "x" amount then they should receive free shipping. He gave good feedback on what they are considering and the company's reasoning behind shipping costs. Furthermore, he did not request I change my original review. I made that decision on my own. Shane was more about improving customer/product service, and that made me want to change my review(mind you it wasn't because I gave the company 1 star.. 4 stars was given originally). I believe that deserves 5 stars. I believe 5 stars should be given out when a company has done its best (not to be perfect) to stand out from other companies.
