Where do you ship to?


Vaulted Vinyl products are available for shipping worldwide (minus a few countries that couriers do not deliver to). We work hard to provide our customers with the best shipping rates available. For international orders, tariffs and import taxes are paid by the customer. International UPS shipments will also include a brokerage fee from UPS that will be the responsibility of the customer.

Do you offer Free Shipping?

Yes! Orders in the contiguous United States ship for FREE!

How are International shipping prices calculated?

Shipping prices are calculated by 3rd party real-time rates. What this means is that the shipping price shown is the exact amount it will cost to ship the package through the 3rd party courier option you chose such as FedEx, USPS, or UPS. These prices are based on dimensional weight. Dimensional weight takes into account the dimensions of the product(s) and their weight. We make NO money off of shipping.

How long does Shipping take?

Shipping time also varies depending on location. In the United States, Mexico, and Canada you can expect shipping to take anywhere from 2-6 business days. Overseas shipping will take a bit longer, depending on delays, up to 10-12 business days. Please keep in mind that weather may delay shipment by a few days especially during the winter months!

When do you ship?

Orders ship within 1-3 business days. Shipping takes place Monday through Friday.

What shipping methods are offered?

Depending on where you are located, the cheapest shipping option for you may be USPS, FedEx, or UPS. Our International (overseas) orders will go through our USPS consolidator, Globegistics.

Will I receive a tracking number?

Yes! You will be sent a tracking number via email so that you can track your order and know when the expected delivery date is. Please allow up to 24-72 hours for tracking numbers to update after placing your order and be sure to use a valid email address when ordering to ensure you are receiving your tracking number.
