Orders placed before 12PM CT will ship the same day Monday through Friday.
Orders placed after 12PM CT or on the weekend will ship the next business day.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping time varies based on location. For orders within the United States, Mexico, and Canada, shipping typically takes 2-6 business days. For overseas shipping, delivery may take up to 10-12 business days, though longer delivery times can occur. Please note that weather conditions may cause shipping delays, especially during the winter months.
Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes! Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24-72 hours for tracking numbers to update after placing your order. We use USPS, FedEx, UPS, and DHL to ship orders.
Where do you ship to?
We ship Vaulted Vinyl products worldwide, with the exception of a few countries where couriers do not deliver. We strive to offer our customers the best shipping rates available. For international orders, tariffs and import taxes are the responsibility of the customer. International UPS shipments also include a brokerage fee from UPS that will be the responsibility of the customer.
How are international shipping prices calculated?
Shipping prices are calculated based on real-time rates from third-party couriers such as FedEx, USPS, or UPS. The shipping price shown is the exact amount it will cost to ship the package. These prices are based on dimensional weight, which takes into account the dimensions of the product(s) and their weight. We do not profit from shipping.
